The invention relates to a composite pin shear connector used in a corrugated steel composite bridge deck, which belongs to the field of steel-concrete composite structures and comprises a corrugatedsteel plate, shear connectors and penetrating reinforcing steel bars, the shear connectors are fixed on the central line of the trough of the corrugated steel plate, and arc-shaped half openings are uniformly formed in the upper parts of the shear connectors. The two side walls of each arc-shaped semi-opening are formed by splicing arcs at the two ends, each arc-shaped opening is correspondingly provided with two penetrating steel bars, the bending shapes of the penetrating steel bars are consistent with the shape of the corrugated steel plate, and the downwards-concave parts in the middles ofthe penetrating steel bars are located in troughs of the corrugated steel plate and penetrate through the arc-shaped semi-openings. The two ends of the penetrating steel bars abut against the wave crests of the corrugated steel plates. When the composite pin shear connecting piece is adopted, only a steel plate of the shear connecting piece needs to be welded in the middle of corrugated steel, welding can be conducted in a factory, welding is easy, and the welding quality can be guaranteed. Due to the characteristics of the structure, the deformation under load is small, so that the shear rigidity is high.
本发明涉及一种用于波形钢组合桥面板中的复合销剪力连接件,属于钢‑混组合结构领域,包括波形钢板、剪力连接件、贯穿钢筋,所述的剪力连接件固定在波形钢板波谷的中线上,剪力连接件的上部均匀地开设有弧形半开口,弧形半开口的两侧壁分别采用两端圆弧拼接而成,每个弧形开口对应安装两根贯穿钢筋,贯穿钢筋的弯折形状与波形钢板形状一致,贯穿钢筋中部的下凹部分位于波形钢板的波谷中且从弧形半开口中穿过,贯穿钢筋的两端搭靠在波形钢板波峰上。采用复合销剪力连接件时,焊接仅需要在波形钢中间焊接一块剪力连接件的钢板,而且可以在工厂焊接,焊接简单,焊接质量能得到保障。由于构造的特点,受荷载时变形小,所以抗剪刚度大。
