Joint for connecting concrete pipe support and crown beam
A joint for connecting a concrete pipe support and a crown beam comprises a steel pipe, crown beam upper and lower connecting flange plates and a flange set. The crown beam upper and lower connectingflange plates are connected to one end of the steel pipe, and the flange set is connected to the other end of the steel pipe. Due to the fact that a concrete pipe supporting body can be connected withcrown beams with different section sizes through the square crown beam upper and lower connecting flange plates and the round flange set, the adaptability problem of the concrete pipe supporting bodyand the crown beams with the different section sizes is solved, and the application range of a concrete pipe is greatly widened; a jack supporting plate is arranged on the steel pipe, so that an effective acting point can be provided for a jack when the concrete pipe support is disassembled, the stress of the crown beam on the support is eliminated, and the concrete pipe support can be normally disassembled; and meanwhile, the defect that a traditional assembly type support cannot be pulled is overcome through the joint, so that the structure is reasonable, and the feasibility and convenienceof later dismounting of the support are guaranteed while adaptive connection of the concrete pipe and the crown beam is considered.
