The invention discloses a ramp temporary protection structure with the expandable protection area for hydraulic engineering construction. The ramp temporary protection structure comprises a locking outer plate body, a right rotating rod and extension plate connecting rods, wherein an outer connecting rod is welded to the outer side of the locking outer plate body, a main protection plate is fixedly installed at the outer end of the outer connecting rod, an inner connecting rod is welded to the outer side of the main protection plate, and a fixing outer plate body is fixedly connected to the outer end of the left side of an outer connecting rod. According to the ramp temporary protection structure with the expandable protection area for hydraulic engineering construction, an extension protection mechanism composed of extension protection plates and the extension plate connecting rods is controlled to rotate, so that the extension protection mechanism composed of the extension protectionplates and the extension plate connecting rods is unfolded from a main protection mechanism composed of the locking outer plate body, the outer connecting rod, the main protection plate, the inner connecting rod and the fixing outer plate body, and a protection area of a ramp is extended; and the extension protection mechanism composed of the extension protection plates and the extension plate connecting rods is controlled to rotate reversely and be folded in the later period, so that the area of a temporary protection device is reduced, and batch transfer is facilitated.
