The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that the bottomend of the outer formwork is inserted into an outer formwork groove, and the outer formwork is fixed through the first anchoring parts; the bottom end of the inner formwork is inserted into an innerformwork groove, and the inner formwork is fixed through second anchoring parts; grouting is conducted after fixing is completed; and the outer formwork and the inner formwork are respectively disassembled to form an inspection well. The rapid construction system and method have the effect of facilitating repeated utilization of a combined formwork.
