The invention discloses a coastal building basement inner wall damp-proof device. The device comprises fixing plates, two first supporting rods and a second supporting rod are arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate respectively, a pressing wheel is arranged between the left first supporting rod and the right first supporting rod, one end of the pressing wheel is rotationally connected with one side of each fixing plate, and a receiving rod and a discharging rod are arranged at one side of the pressing wheel, and are located between the first supporting rods and thesecond supporting rod. The using method of the damp-proof device comprises the three steps of feeding, pre-attaching and attaching, mainly, when the pressing wheel rolls on a wall, the pressing wheelpresses a PE film to enable the discharging rod to rotate, the PE film is pressed by the pressing wheel to enable the discharging rod to rotate, a waterproof film continuously extends, pressing and attaching are conducted at the same time, attaching smoothness is guaranteed, and when the pressing wheel rotates, the pressing wheel drives the receiving rod to rotate through a transmission chain, sothat a release film is wound, winding is convenient, and operation is easy.

本发明公开了一种海岸建筑地下室内墙防潮装置，包括固定板，上下两个所述固定板之间分别设置有两个第一支撑杆和一个第二支撑杆，左右两个所述第一支撑杆之间设置有压轮，所述压轮的一端与所述固定板的一侧转动连接，所述压轮的一侧分别设置有收料杆和放料杆，所述收料杆和所述放料杆分别位于所述第一支撑杆和所述第二支撑杆之间，该防潮装置使用方法包括：上料、预贴合和贴合三个步骤，主要通过压轮在墙体滚动时，压轮压着PE膜使放料杆转动，防水膜不断延长，进行边压边贴合，确保贴合的平整性，且压轮在转动时，压轮通过传动链条带动收料杆旋转，使对离型膜进行缠绕，便于收卷，操作简单。
