The invention discloses a desilting device for water conservancy and hydropower engineering and a using method thereof. The desilting device comprises moving frames, traction frames, a collecting boxand a filter screen, the traction frames are arranged at the outer sides of the moving frames, a transmission shaft is arranged between the two moving frames, a conveying belt is arranged outside thetransmission shaft, and an adhesive tape is arranged on the conveying belt; and the collecting box is arranged at the rear ends of the moving frames, a filter screen mounting frame is arranged on thecollecting box, the filter screen is arranged at the inner side of the filter screen mounting frame, a handle is arranged at the rear end of the filter screen mounting frame, and bottom wheels are arranged at the lower ends of the moving frames. The desilting device has the beneficial effects that the structure is reasonable; the device adopts a water flow driving manner, so that energy is saved,the condition that a motor is used and is high in failure rate is avoided, the operation is simple, desilting can be performed only by adjusting proper positions and heights and putting the device into water, and cleaning is convenient; and the collecting box can be detached and dumped conveniently, the filter screen mounting frame can be easily pulled out, and the filter screen is convenient to clean.
本发明公开了用于水利水电工程的清淤装置及其使用方法,包括移动架、牵引架、收集箱、滤网,所述移动架外侧设置有所述牵引架,两个所述移动架之间设置有传动轴,所述传动轴外部设置有传送带,所述传送带上设置有胶条,所述移动架后端设置有所述收集箱,所述收集箱上设置有滤网安装架,所述滤网安装架内侧设置有所述滤网,所述滤网安装架后端设置有拉手,所述移动架下端设置有底轮。有益效果在于:结构合理,装置采用水流带动方式,节省能源,避免使用电机故障率高,操作简单,只需调整合适的位置和高低,将装置放入水中即可清淤,清理方便,收集箱能够卸下,便于倾倒,滤网安装架能够轻松抽出,便于清理滤网。
