The invention discloses a shallow groundwater combined well structure and a well completion construction method thereof. The shallow groundwater combination well structure comprises a center well, surrounding wells, a main water outlet pipe and water collection branch pipes, the surrounding wells comprise first single wells and second single wells, and the first single wells are annularly arrangedat the periphery of the center well; and one second single well is arranged between every two adjacent first single wells, and the distance between each first single well and the center well is smaller than the distance between each second single well and the center well. The water collection branch pipes comprise a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe, and the main water outlet pipe is arranged in the center well. The structure is simple, operation is rapid, design is reasonable, and compared with a traditional single well, the structure has the advantages that the water yield is increased by multiple times. Compared with a deep well, the structure has the advantages that well digging cost is only 1/10 of that of the deep well, and environmental friendliness is achieved. Shallow groundwater is efficiently utilized, the water collecting area is effectively enlarged, the wellhead water yield is increased, disturbance to water resources in a water pumping area is small, and reserve recovery is fast. The structure has a wide application prospect in regions lack of water resources.
