The invention relates to an outdoor sewage discharge system for a permafrost region. The system comprises a heat preservation sewage discharge pipeline which is connected with a sewer pipe of a livingregion and is arranged above the surface layer of a permafrost layer, and a septic tank arranged on the permafrost layer; wherein the heat preservation sewage discharge pipeline comprises a sewage discharge pipeline body, heating circulation pipelines and a protective layer; the heating circulating pipelines are arranged in the sewage discharge pipeline body, and a heat preservation layer I is arranged on the periphery of the sewage discharge pipeline body; the protective layer is arranged on the surface layer of the heat preservation layer I; and the tail end of the heat preservation sewagedischarge pipeline is connected with the septic tank, and a heat preservation layer II is arranged on the periphery of the septic tank. According to the outdoor sewage discharge system disclosed by the invention, freezing blockage in a pipe and even expansion crack of a sewage discharge pipe can be effectively avoided.
