Temperature-controllable formwork for controlling concrete temperature cracks
The invention discloses a temperature-controllable formwork for controlling concrete temperature cracks. The formwork comprises a metal plate, reinforced connecting pieces, a metal square tube, fasteners and heat-conducting fluid, the inner side of the metal plate is a smooth and flat plane (attached to one side of concrete), and through holes are formed in the inner side of the metal plate; the reinforced connecting pieces are fixed to the outer side of the metal plate, and through holes are formed in part of the reinforcing connecting pieces and correspond to the through holes in the metal plate in position and size; the metal square tube is arranged in an S shape, is fixed to the outer side of the metal plate and penetrates through the reinforced connecting pieces; the fasteners on thereinforced connecting pieces consist of screw rods with threads at two ends, gaskets and nuts, and penetrate through the through holes in the reinforced connecting pieces and in the metal plate to connect two formworks, and concrete is poured between the two formworks; and the heat-conducting fluid is water or heat-conducting functional fluid. According to the temperature-controllable formwork , the structure is simple, construction is convenient, deformation is not likely to happen, the flatness of the wall surface can be guaranteed, and the method is suitable for early-stage temperature crack control over a basement concrete side wall.
