The component is characterized in that openings in a top side and a bottom side are concentric circles, wherein the upper circle is large, and the lower circle is small; a main body structure comprises a supporting framework on the inner side and a concrete surface layer on the outer side; a plurality of embedded decoration lamp grooves are formed in the concrete surface layer; the supporting framework comprises a main structure on the inner layer and a secondary structure on the outer layer, wherein multiple layers of arc-shaped secondary steel are vertically arranged on the outer side of the secondary structure at intervals, an inner side steel wire net, a steel frame net, a steel bar net and an outer side steel wire net are sequentially welded and fixed to the outer side of the arc-shaped secondary steel and form an arc-shaped slurry hanging layer on the outer side of the decoration component; and the concrete surface layer is fixed to the outer side of the supporting framework through the arc-shaped slurry hanging layer. According to the component and the method, through the main structure, the secondary structure and the arc-shaped secondary steel, the overall arc degree and flatness of the decoration component are gradually improved; through the slurry hanging layer, the concrete surface layeris stably fixed to the outer side of the supporting framework, so that the plastering flatness is guaranteed, and a plastering layer is prevented from cracking; and the milk shake cup-shaped landscape decoration component which is reliable in engineering quality and attractive in appearance is finally formed.
