The invention provides an environment-friendly concrete structure crushing device adopting a high-voltage pulse technology and a crushing method. The crushing device comprises a supercharging device,a storage device, a discharging device, a plurality of electric wires and electrolyte, wherein the supercharging device, the storage device and the discharging device are sequentially connected through the electric wires, a plurality of concrete drill holes of concrete is filled with the electrolyte, and the discharging device is inserted into the electrolyte of the concrete drill holes. Accordingto the device and the method, the problems that a traditional dismantling method is much in flying dust, large in noise, high in potential safety hazards and low in dismantling speed, the damage to recyclable dismantled materials is large, the energy consumption is high, and the construction operation cannot be conveniently carried out at an intensive building group; and an existing high-voltagepulse discharging device is large in size, not convenient to carry and the like are solved; and the concrete structure crushing device and the crushing method are convenient to operate, energy-savingand efficient, and green and environment-friendly, the technology has the outstanding advantages of being short in needed time, good in crushing effect, small in energy consumption and the like, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
本发明提出一种采用高压脉冲技术的环保型混凝土结构破碎装置及破碎方法，该装置包括增压装置、存储装置、放电装置、若干电线和电解液，增压装置、存储装置和放电装置通过电线依次连接，电解液装在混凝土的若干混凝土钻孔中，放电装置插入混凝土钻孔的电解液中。解决了传统的拆除方法扬尘多、噪声大、安全隐患高、拆除速度慢，对于可再利用的拆除物资损伤较大，能耗高，在密集型建筑群处不利于开展施工作业，以及现有高压脉冲放电设备普遍存在体积大、不利于搬运等问题，提出一种操作方便、节能高效、绿色环保的混凝土结构破碎装置及破碎方法，该技术具有所需时间短、破碎效果好、消耗能量小等突出优势，减小对环境的污染。
