The protective umbrella device comprises a first fixing support, a second fixing support, afirst climbing mechanism, a second climbing mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a protective umbrella mechanism; the first fixing support is vertically arranged on the second fixing support through asupporting rod, the first climbing mechanism is arranged on the first fixing support, and the second climbing mechanism is arranged on the second fixing support; and the clamping mechanism is used for applying acting force to the first climbing mechanism and the second climbing mechanism, and the protective umbrella mechanism is arranged at the top end of the supporting rod. The protective umbrella device is in conformity with the requirements of the power installation industry, the loss of loaded users of electrified lines caused by power failure is reduced, the power supply quality with power supply safety coefficient, power protection and no power failure of state grid corporation is improved, and the filling of safety guarantee for pole operation is enhanced.
