The invention discloses a press-fitting type extremely-narrow door and window system. The system comprises a main frame, an auxiliary frame, a glass plate and pressing strips with extremely-narrow visible surfaces, the main frame comprises a plurality of main side frames with extremely-narrow visible surfaces, the main frame is formed by connecting all the main side frames in an enclosing manner,and the auxiliary frame comprises a plurality of auxiliary side frames. The auxiliary frame is defined by the auxiliary side frames, at least two adjacent auxiliary side frames are connected with eachother, the glass plate is installed on the auxiliary frame, the auxiliary frame is pressed on the main frame, the pressing strips are connected with the main frame and tightly press the auxiliary frame or the glass plate, and the visible surfaces of the auxiliary side frames are covered by the corresponding visible surfaces of the main side frames and the corresponding visible faces of the pressing strips. The door and window system has the advantages of being attractive, durable, convenient to install and capable of improving the bending resistance and safety of the whole structure.
