The invention discloses a high-strength spray and drip irrigation device. The device comprises a water storage tank, a supporting column is welded to one side of the water storage tank, a first bearing plate is welded to the top end of the supporting column, a third bearing is fixedly connected to the top end of the first bearing plate, a connecting pipe is rotatably connected to the top end of the third bearing, spraying heads are installed at the bottom end of the connecting pipe at equal intervals, and a servo motor is connected to the bottom end of the first bearing plate in an embedded mode. In the present invention, a discharging barrel can be conveniently mounted and dismounted by rotating a hand-screwed bolt, so that additives such as a nutrient solution and an insecticide can be conveniently added into the discharging barrel; a ruler is connected to the surface of the discharging barrel in an embedded manner, so that the proportion of the additives flowing into the water storage tank can be observed, the proportioning amount of a liquid is convenient to control, and the condition that skilled workers depend on experience to proportion in the past is changed; and the servomotor can drive the connecting pipe and the spray heads to repeatedly rotate at a certain radian, and the spray heads can perform drip irrigation operation on a position with a larger area.
