The invention discloses an environment-friendly thermal insulation material taking desulfurized gypsum as a main raw material. The environment-friendly thermal insulation material is prepared from thefollowing components: desulfurized gypsum powder, fly ash, VAE emulsion, an enzyme solution, modified magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite, polyvinyl alcohol fibers, a water reducing agent, and a formaldehyde solution of melamine and water. The desulfurized gypsum powder and the fly ash are recycled materials with low price. In order to improve the thermal insulation effect of the thermal insulation material, the modified magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and the polyvinyl alcohol fibers soaked in the enzyme solution are added into the material, the modified magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite not onlyimproves the bonding effect with other raw material substances, but also serves as a framework after foaming, and compared with the material before modification, the material has better thermal insulation effect.
本发明公开了一种以脱硫石膏为主要原料的环保保温材料，由以下成分组成：脱硫石膏粉、粉煤灰、VAE乳液、酶溶液、改性镁铝水滑石、聚乙烯醇纤维、减水剂、三聚氰胺的甲醛溶液和水。其中脱硫石膏粉和粉煤灰均为价格低廉的回收料，为了提升保温材料的保温效果，本发明在材料中加入了改性镁铝水滑石和酶溶液浸泡处理后的聚乙烯醇纤维，经过改性后的镁铝水滑石不但更加提升了与其它原料的结合效果，而且发泡后，改性后的镁铝水滑石作为骨架，其相比于改性前具有更好的保温隔热效果。
