Shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials: methoxypolyethylene glycol, methacrylic acid, dibutyl maleate, 2, 6-nonadiene alcohol, sodium 4-isopropylbenzene sulfonate, an initiator, a catalyst, diafenthiuron, 4-hydroxymethylimidazole hydrochloride, isopropanol and water. The preparation method of the shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials; S2, transferringthe polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, the dibutyl maleate and the catalyst into a reaction bottle to react, adding the diafenthiuron and the 4-hydroxymethylimidazole hydrochloride, and stirring continuly to obtain a mixture A; and S3, adding the methacrylic acid, the 2, 6-nonadiene alcohol and the sodium 4-isopropylbenzene sulfonate into the mixture A, cooling to room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to obtain the shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer provided by the invention is excellent in shrinkage reducing performance and has little influence on the strength of concrete.
本发明提供一种减缩型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,所述减缩型聚羧酸减水剂包括以下原料:聚乙二醇单甲醚、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸二丁酯、2,6‑壬二烯醇、4‑异丙苯磺酸钠、引发剂、催化剂、丁醚脲、4‑羟甲基咪唑盐酸盐、异丙醇、水;所述减缩型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、准备原料;S2、将聚乙二醇单甲醚、马来酸二丁酯和催化剂转移至反应瓶中反应,加入丁醚脲和4‑羟甲基咪唑盐酸盐,继续搅拌得混合物A;S3、向混合物A中加入甲基丙烯酸、2,6‑壬二烯醇和4‑异丙苯磺酸钠,降至室温,调节ph值即得减缩型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明提出的减缩型聚羧酸减水剂,减缩性能优异,且对混凝土的强度影响小。
