Hydraulic system and road roller
The invention provides a hydraulic system and a road roller. The hydraulic system comprises a pressure oil source,an oil tank, afirst control valve with the oil inlet connected with the pressure oil source, a brake connected with a working oil port of the first control valve, and a manual pumping device connected between the oil tank and the brake. When the road roller is in a first brake releasing mode, the pressure oil source supplies oil to the brake; when the road roller is in asecond brake releasing mode, the manual pumping device is communicated with the oil tank to supply oil to the brake. According to the hydraulic system disclosed by the invention, the engine is in a flameout state, parking braking can still be relieved through the manual pumping device, the road roller can be conveniently moved to a safe area or a maintenance area through a trailer and other devices, and meanwhile potential safety hazards caused by the fact that a brake cannot obtain needed working oil pressure in time under the conditions that the road roller is damaged, powered off and the like can be effectively reduced.
本发明提供了一种液压系统和压路机。其中,液压系统包括:压力油源;油箱;第一控制阀,第一控制阀的进油口与压力油源连接;制动器,与第一控制阀的工作油口连接;手动泵送装置,连接于油箱和制动器之间;其中,压路机处于第一松刹模式,压力油源为制动器供油;压路机处于第二松刹模式,手动泵送装置与油箱连通,以为制动器供油。本发明的液压系统能够在发动机熄火状态下,依然能够通过手动泵送装置解除驻车制动,便于通过拖车等设备的将压路机移动到安全区域或维修区域,同时,能够有效降低因压路机损坏、断电等情况下,制动器无法及时获得所需要的工作油压造成的安全隐患。

The invention provides a hydraulic system and a road roller.
