Mounting method of steel truss girder bridge
The invention relates to a mounting method of a steel truss girder bridge. The mounting method comprises the following steps thata steel girder sub-section and two steel girder small sections for folding to obtain a steel girder large section are constructed; a horizontal rotating disc is built on the top of the main pier, temporary buttress structures are built on the two sides, in the bridge direction, of the horizontal rotating disc, and the two steel girder small sectionsare placed on the temporary buttress structures on the two sides respectively; the folding ends of the two steel girdersmall sections located on the two sides of the horizontal rotating disc in the bridge direction are pushed to the preset positions of the top of the main pier, the folding ends of the two steel girdersmall sections are folded in an aligned mode, and a steel girder large section is obtained; the steel girder large section is horizontally rotated to a preset position through the horizontal rotatingdisc, and the side span end of the steel girder large section is locked; and the side span end of the steel girder large section is connected with the steel girder sub-section to obtain a steel trussgirder bridge. The steel girder large section is prefabricated in a factory, the construction quality of the steel girder large section is guaranteed, the influence of a field construction process onstress of a main girder structure is reduced, and overall installation of the steel girder large section is achieved.
本发明涉及钢桁架梁桥的安装方法,包括构造钢梁子节段以及用于合拢得到钢梁大节段的两钢梁小节段;在主墩顶上搭建平转转盘,以及在平转转盘的顺桥向两侧搭建临时支墩结构,将两钢梁小节段分别放置到两侧的临时支墩结构上;将位于平转转盘顺桥向两侧的两钢梁小节段的合拢端推送到主墩顶上预设位置处,对位合拢两钢梁小节段的合拢端,得到钢梁大节段;通过平转转盘平转钢梁大节段到预设位置,锁定钢梁大节段的边跨端;将钢梁大节段的边跨端与钢梁子节段连接,得到钢桁架梁桥。本申请实现了将钢梁大节段在工厂进行预制,保证了钢梁大节段的施工质量,减少现场施工工艺对主梁结构受力的影响,实现了钢梁大节段的整体安装。
