Hydraulic integrated lifting column anti-car-jacking system
The invention discloses a hydraulic integrated lifting column anti-jacking system. On the basis of four steps: an induction module at the top end of one lifting column vertically emits infrared rays upwards; after the infrared rays are emitted, an infrared receiver in the induction module receives the reflected infrared rays and then emits a first electric signal to a PLC control module; and if the reflected infrared rays are not received, the infrared receiver in the induction module emits a second electric signal to the PLC control module. According to the invention, one or more induction modules are mounted at the top of each lifting column body; the induction module vertically emits infrared rays upwards; the infrared rays sense any object in the planned sensing area and distance; a feedback signal is transmitted to the PLC control module; the PLC control module carries out emergency reverse operation (descending) on the equipment, so that the lifting column is prevented from jacking vehicles or pedestrians or other objects right above the column body in the ascending process; and similarly, in the descending static state of the lifting column, if the vehicles or other objectsexist above the lifting column, the lifting column cannot ascend to be started.
本发明公开了一种液压一体式升降柱防顶车系统,通过步骤一到步骤四,升降柱顶端的感应模块垂直向上发射红外线,红外线发射出后,感应模块内的红外接收器接收到被反射的红外线后,则向PLC控制模块发射电信号一,若没有接受到被反射的红外线,则向PLC控制模块发射电信号二。本发明在每一个升降柱体顶部安装一个或多个感应模块,感应模块垂直向上发射红外线,红外线在所计划的感应区域、距离内感应到任何物体,将把反馈信号传输给PLC控制模块,PLC控制模块将对设备进行紧急反向运行(下降),从而避免升降柱在上升过程中,顶到柱体正上方车辆或行人或其他物体,同样,在升降柱降下静止状态下,如升降柱上方有车辆或其他物体,升降柱不会上升启动。
