The invention belongs to the technical field of foundation reinforcement construction, and provides a pile-frame-free static pressure pile device and a method for reinforcing a foundation through a pile-frame-free static pressure pile. The pile-frame-free static pressure pile device comprises a support mechanism, a jacking mechanism and a power mechanism; the support mechanism is arranged at the bottom of a settling equipment foundation to support the equipment foundation; the upper end of the jacking mechanism is connected with the support mechanism, the jacking mechanism is used for supporting the support mechanism, and the lower end of the jacking mechanism is used for being connected with a precast pile and pressing the precast pile into soil in sections to enable a pile tip, stretching into the soil, of the precast pile reaches a bearing layer meeting the preset bearing capacity requirement; and the power mechanism is used for providing power for the jacking mechanism. The pile-frame-free static pressure pile device is simple in structure, flexible in moving and easy to operate, does not need a pile pressing-in machine and a pile frame which are adopted by a conventional static pressure pile process, and is free of the condition limit of a narrow site space, convenient to use and low in manufacturing cost.
