The invention relates to an adjustable fabricated steel structure beam-column. The beam-column comprises a fixed base, a threaded drill bit, a fixed cylinder, a circular pipe beam-column and a connection locking device. The lower end of the fixed base is fixedly provided the threaded drill bit, the fixed base is arranged on the ground through the threaded drill bit, the upper end of the fixed baseis fixedly provided with a fixed cylinder, the inner of the fixed cylinder is slidably provided with a circular pipe beam-column, and the upper end of the circular pipe beam-column is provided with the connection locking device. The beam-column solves the problems that in the prior art, when the connection and locking of a joint of the steel structure beam-column is carried out, a plurality of threaded rods are used to connect and lock the joint, a machine is required to locate the connection locking device, and then connect with the connection locking device through the threaded rods, resulting in low efficiency; when the joint of the steel structure beam-column is aligned, the machine lifting and manual auxiliary alignment method takes a long time, and the alignment effect is not good,thereby needing to be adjusted according to the situation.
本发明涉及一种可调节装配式钢结构梁柱,包括固定底座、螺纹钻头、固定筒、圆管梁柱和连接锁紧装置,所述的固定底座的下端固定有螺纹钻头,固定底座通过螺纹钻头安装在地面上,固定底座的上端固定有固定筒,固定筒内滑动设置有圆管梁柱,圆管梁柱的上端设有连接锁紧装置。本发明可以解决传统的钢结构梁柱装配处理方法,在对钢结构梁柱连接处进行连接锁紧时,通常采用多个螺纹杆对连接处进行连接锁紧,需要机器对连接锁紧设备进行定位后,再通过多个螺纹杆连接,效率较低,在对对钢结构梁柱的连接处进行对准时,采用机器吊起并人工进行辅助对准的方法,会耗费较长时间,且对准的效果不好,需要根据情况进行调节等难题。
