The prefabricated wall component with the cantilever plate is characterized in that the prefabricated wall component comprises a wall body, the cantilever plate and a joint bar; the wall body comprises a first blade plate and a second blade plate which are formed by concrete, the first blade plate and the second blade plate are connected through a connecting assembly, the first blade plate and the second blade plate are arranged at an interval to form a cavity, the cavity is used for pouring concrete on site; at least one cantilever plate is arranged on the outer surface of the first blade plate or the second blade plate; and one end of the joint bar extends into the cantilever plate, and the other end of the joint bar extends to the second blade plate through the first blade plate and the cavity. A stable pre-anchoring form is preliminarily formed by directly anchoring roughly straight reinforcing steel bars in the first blade plate and the second blade plate. And through pouring of the cavity in the construction stage, the joint bar in the cavity is further anchored, the anchoring stability of the cantilever plate is effectively improved, the structure is simple, and production is convenient.
