本发明公开了一种灌浆套筒灌浆口封堵装置和一种灌浆套筒，所述灌浆套筒灌浆口封堵装置包括：用于设置于灌浆口的挡板，挡板设有开口，开口内侧铰接有用于封堵开口的封堵件，封堵件上设有伸出开口的驱动装置，还包括用于固定封堵件于灌浆口的内壁的固定装置，固定装置与封堵件可拆卸连接。灌浆完毕后，拆除封堵件与固定装置的连接，利用外力带动驱动装置移动，以带动封堵件封堵在开口的内侧，由于浆料可以压紧封堵件于开口的内侧，从而可以完成对灌浆口的封堵。本申请操作简单，可以节省人工成本，封堵后可以避免灌浆结束后灌浆套筒内浆液从灌浆口流失，避免了灌浆套筒内灌浆充盈度不满足要求而导致的安全问题。
