The invention provides a thatch eave mounting method. The method comprises steps as follows: connecting elements are mounted on the outer surface of a building structure; a leveling layer connected with the connecting elements is mounted on the outer surface of the building structure; a waterproof layer connected with the connecting elements is mounted on the outer surface of the leveling layer; awaterproof protection layer connected with the connecting elements is mounted on the outer surface of the waterproof layer; a thermal insulation layer connected with the connecting elements is mounted on the outer surface of the waterproof protection layer; a protection layer connected with the connecting elements is mounted on the outer surface of the thermal insulation layer; a cement layer ismounted on the outer surfaces of the connecting elements; a thatch layer is mounted on the outer surface of the cement layer; and the cement layer and the thatch layer are connected through fasteningelements. According to the thatch eave mounting method, imitative thatch decoration is adopted, natural style and unique ornamental value are achieved, besides, the thatch eave mounting method adoptsa multi-layer structure and multiple connecting elements, so that the waterproof performance and stability are high, and the thermal insulation effect is better.
