The invention discloses a wood veneer mounting method and a mounting structure thereof. A pair of fine-adjustment boards arranged horizontally are mounted on the back side of a wood veneer board, an inserting groove for a wedge-shaped clamp strip to insert horizontally is formed between the two fine-adjustment boards exactly, a base board with milling grooves on the upper and lower side surfaces is fixedly laid on the surface of a wall body through keels, a plurality of elastic bolt strips with two ends extending out of the bodies of the fine-adjustment boards are fabricated on the fine-adjustment boards, then the wedge-shaped clamp strip is inserted into the inserting groove horizontally, a front position-adjusting wedge-shaped part is fixed to the corresponding keel, and then the wedge-shaped clamp strip is pushed forward along the inserting groove, so that the front end of the wedge-shaped clamp strip moves up and down along the front position-adjusting wedge-shaped part. A rear position-adjusting wedge-shaped part used to carry and clamp the tail end of the wedge-shaped clamp strip is fixed to the keel, and the adjusted wedge-shaped clamp strip is positioned horizontally. The wood veneer board can be subjected to fine adjustment after being mounted, the height difference of boards can be guaranteed, and furthermore, the requirement to the precision of part structures is comparatively low, and the construction can be convenient.
