The invention provides an overall overhead structure of fabricated ground. The overall overhead structure comprises leveling bearing assemblies, frame keels and a base plate, wherein each leveling bearing assembly comprises an adjusting screw, a stabilizing piece, a fixing nut, a bearing table and a connecting piece, the stabilizing piece, the fixing nut and the bearing table are sequentially arranged on the adjusting screw in a sleeving mode from bottom to top, and the connecting piece is arranged on the side face of the bearing table; the side face of each frame keel is in a C shape, and theends of the frame keels are erected on the connecting pieces; the multiple leveling bearing assemblies are arranged, the multiple frame keels are arranged, and the frame keels are connected through the multiple leveling bearing assemblies to form a closed frame structure; and the base plate is laid on a structural frame defined by the frame keels and the leveling bearing assemblies. Compared withthe prior art, the overall overhead structure has the following advantages that a supporting structure is improved, an overall overhead structure system can be formed, the phenomenon of local settlement is avoided, and the mounting quality and the construction efficiency are improved.
