The balance blocks are installed at the two horizontal ends of the wiping rod. The balance blocks are perpendicularly and mechanically connected with the wiping rod. The wiping rod is mechanically connected with the drive shaft of the robot body box. The two horizontal ends of the drive shaft are provided with the actionwheels.
