The structure of the robot for wall face spray coating and cleaning comprises an anti-breakage mechanism, a power source, a robot body box, action wheels, a drive shaft, a wiping rod and balance blocks. The balance blocks are installed at the two horizontal ends of the wiping rod. The balance blocks are perpendicularly and mechanically connected with the wiping rod.
