Ultra-high special-shaped outer-frame steel structure construction method
The invention provides an ultra-high special-shaped outer-frame steel structure construction method which comprises the following steps: setting up a space measurement network, carrying out setting-out by adopting a GPS three-dimensional positioning system, as well as determining a plane control network and a high-rise control network by adopting a full-automatic total station and a precise level,so that the precise node control of a special-shaped outer-frame steel structure can be ensured; mounting a core tube close to the ground and the outer-frame steel structure; mounting an overall steel platform mold base and arranging a selected tower crane on the overall steel platform mold base; hoisting an outer-frame steel pipe column; sequentially hoisting oblique vertical columns in place byadopting the tower crane; arranging radial temporary supports between the core tube and inner-ring steel columns; sequentially hoisting ring beams in place by adopting the tower crane; after a circleof steel structures are mounted in place, correcting the positions of all control nodes; welding the steel structures; dismounting temperature connecting plates; pouring concrete into the outer-framesteel pipe column; constructing outer-frame steel beams; dismounting the radial temporary supports; and repeating the above steps. Through the ultra-high special-shaped outer-frame steel structure construction method, the efficient and precise construction of the ultra-high special-shaped outer-frame steel structure can be achieved.
本发明提供的一种超高异型外框钢结构施工方法,通过设置空间测量网,采用GPS三维定位系统进行测设,采用全自动全站仪、精密水准仪确定平面控制网和高层控制网,可以确保异型外框钢结构的节点控制精确;靠近地面的核心筒及外框钢结构安装;在核心筒上安装整体钢平台模架,在整体钢平台模架上设置所选塔吊;吊装外框钢管柱;采用塔吊将斜立柱依次吊装到位;在核心筒和内圈钢柱之间设置径向临时支撑;采用塔吊将环梁依次吊装到位;等一圈钢结构安装到位,对各控制节点进行位置校正;对钢结构进行焊接;拆除临时连接板;浇筑外框钢管柱混凝土;施工外框钢梁;拆除径向临时支撑;重复上述步骤,实现超高异型外框钢结构的高效、精确施工。
