The invention provides a secondary negative pressure protective cabin. The secondary negative pressure protective cabin is provided with ventilation units. The ventilation units enable air to flow inone direction from the secondary negative pressure protective cabin to a contaminated area. A centralized clothes changing area with clothes storage equipment and a centralized sanitizing area with sanitizing equipment are arranged in turn along the ventilation direction. The invention also provides a mobile cabin hospital. The mobile cabin hospital comprises the contaminated area and a sanitizingpassing system used for passing in and out of the contaminated area. The sanitizing passing system comprises a plurality of protective cabins butted together in turn. The protective cabin which is directly butted with the contaminated area is the secondary negative pressure protective cabin. The invention also provides a mobile cabin hospital construction method. The method includes the steps that the contaminated area is arranged; the first cabin door of the secondary negative pressure protective cabin is butted with the contaminated area; and the protective cabins other than the secondary negative pressure protective cabin are butted together in turn. The secondary negative pressure protective cabin, the mobile cabin hospital, and the mobile cabin hospital construction method are convenient for modular design, and can be used for long-distance transportation to quickly set up one of "three zones and two channels" to meet the safety requirements of infectious disease hospitals.
