The invention discloses a data anti-theft USB flash disk which comprises a shell and a movement, wherein openings are formed in one side of the shell, and the movement comprises a USB interface; a sliding groove is formed in the side, close to the opening, in the shell. The movement is arranged in the sliding chute in a sliding manner; a guide opening is formed in the side surface of the shell along the movement sliding direction; a limiting column extending out of the guide opening is arranged on the machine core; the shell is rotationally sleeved with an anti-theft assembly. The anti-theft assembly comprises an adjusting sleeve, a plurality of lock sleeves and a tail sleeve; a spiral groove and a first annular groove are formed in the inner wall of the adjusting sleeve; the sides, facingthe lock sleeves, of the first annular grooves extend to form straight grooves; axial unlocking openings are formed in the inner rings of the lock sleeves; second annular grooves are formed in the sides, close to the lock sleeves, of the tail sleeves; limiting rods extending into the straight grooves are arranged on the outer wall of the shell; axial alignment marks are arranged on the adjustingsleeve, the tail sleeves and the outer wall of the shell; multiple unlocking codes are arranged on the outer rings. The USB interface of the USB flash disk is protected in the shell, and therefore data is effectively prevented from being stolen.
