The invention discloses a microwave separation device and method for waste concrete coarse aggregate. The microwave separation device comprises a box body, a feeding device, a circulating water system, an aggregate conveying device, a microwave heating device, a cooling device and a vibration screening device. Waste concrete is soaked with water and conveyed into a microwave heating area through the conveying device to be heated, heaters with different powers are arranged in the microwave heating area, and repeated heating can be achieved; and the waste concrete is screened at the appropriatevibration frequency according to the heated state, and damage to the aggregate is avoided while the aggregate and mortar are fully separated. The microwave separation device is simple in structure andeasy to achieve, the mortar and the coarse aggregate of the waste concrete blocks of a building can be effectively separated, the mortar attached to the recycled aggregate is little, and damage to the aggregate is effectively avoided. Compared with a traditional method, the microwave separation method is more efficient, environmental-friendly and economical.
本发明公开了一种废弃混凝土粗骨料的微波分离装置及其方法,包括箱体、进料装置、循环水系统、骨料输送装置、微波加热装置、冷却装置和振动筛分装置;废弃混凝经水浸泡由输送装置输送进入微波加热区进行加热,微波加热区设有不同功率的加热器,可多次加热,废弃混凝土加热后的状态选择合适的振动频率进行筛分,使骨料和砂浆充分分离的同时避免对骨料造成损伤。本发明装置结构简单,易于实现,可有效的将建筑物废弃混凝土块的砂浆和粗骨料分离,再生骨料附着的砂浆少,有效避免骨料自身损伤,与传统方法相比,本发明方法更为高效、环保、经济。
