A lime slurry preparation tank, a lime intermediate bin and a lime slurry supply tank are arranged at the top of an atomizer reaction tower for supplying reactants; the limeintermediate bin is connected with a total lime storage bin through a conveying device, and lime in the lime intermediate bin is connected with the lime slurry preparation tank through a feeding device; a concentration detection device is arranged in the lime slurry preparation tank, an overflow port is formed in the lime slurry preparation tank, and lime slurry with a preset proportion concentration flows into the lime slurry supply tank through the overflow port; and the lime slurry supply tank communicates with a reactant inlet of the atomizer reaction tower through a feeding pipeline.
