The invention discloses a method for preparing an admixture by modifying steel slag powder by a microbial technology, which comprises the following steps: inoculating bacillus into a sterilized culture medium solution, culturing the bacillus, and centrifuging the culture medium to prepare a concentrated bacterial solution, or preparing the bacterial solution into bacterial powder, denoted as a microbial additive; crushing, magnetically separating and ball-milling the steel slag into steel slag powder; mixing the bacterial powder and the steel slag powder according to a mass ratio of 0.01-0.03to obtain a mixture, adding water, and stirring the mixture until the mass ratio of the water to the mixture is 0.15-0.25; or firstly adding the concentrated bacterial liquid into the water, stirringthe mixture, then adding the concentrated bacterial liquid into the steel slag powder, and uniformly stirring the mixture until the mass ratio of the concentrated bacterial liquid to the steel slag powder is 0.01-0.05; carrying out natural curing; then curing the bacterial liquid in a maintenance box; and finally, drying the mixture, and grinding and sieving the mixture to obtain a finished product of the steel slag admixture. The product provided by the invention has more excellent stability, strength and other properties.
本发明公开了一种微生物技术改性钢渣粉制备掺合料的方法,包括如下步骤:将芽孢杆菌接种于灭菌后的培养基溶液培养,离心制备浓缩菌液,或将该菌液制成菌粉,记为微生物添加剂;将钢渣破碎、磁选和球磨成钢渣粉;菌粉与钢渣粉按照质量比0.01~0.03混合,得混合物,再加水搅拌,水与混合物的质量比为0.15~0.25,或者先将浓缩菌液加入至水中搅拌,再加入到钢渣粉中搅拌均匀,浓缩菌液与钢渣粉的质量比为0.01~0.05;进行自然养护;再置于养护箱养护;取出烘干,最后进行粉磨过筛,即为钢渣掺合料成品。本发明产品安定性、强度等性能更加优异。
