The ceramsite is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of a main material, 10-12 parts of auxiliary materials, 10-12 parts of a composite pore-forming agent, 3-3.6 parts of a fluxing agent A, 4-4.8 parts of a fluxing agent B, 5-6 parts of a binder and and water, wherein a mass ratio of the water to materials is (0.18-0.22): 1. A ceramsite product disclosed by the invention is free of toxicity and harm, low in water absorption, high in compressivestrength, good in waterproofness and freezing resistance and long in service life, can meet environmental protection requirements, and improves the working environment of industrial workers; and moreover, industrial waste is fully utilized, raw material and energy consumption is reduced, and waste emission is reduced.
