The chemical composition general formula of the ceramic material is Ca<1-x-y>Al<3>O<4>N: xEu<2+>, yRe<3+>, wherein Re is one or a combination of two selected from Nd and Sm, x is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.1, and y is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.2.
