The invention relates to a barium samarium titanium microwave dielectric ceramic with low sintering temperature and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic comprises raw materials in a molar-ratio expression of Ba7Sm8Ti30O79-aV2O5-b0.5CuO-0.5B2O3, wherein a is greater than or equal to 1% and less than or equal to 2%, and b is greater than or equal to 0.5% and less than or equal to 1%. The ceramic and the preparation method have the advantages that the proportion and the preparation method are reasonable in design, 0.5CuO-0.5B2O3 and V2O5 which are two materials are adopted as sintering aids,the sintering temperature can be effectively reduced, the ceramic sintering compactness is improved, defects are reduced, and the resonant frequency temperature coefficient of the materials is adjusted to a certain extent; the Q*f value reaches 14457 GHz to 30500 GHz, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency reaches 2.536 ppm/DEG C to 4.355 ppm/DEG C. The ceramic is excellent in microwave dielectric property, the raw materials are non-toxic and low in price, the preparation process is simple, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明是低烧结温度钡钐钛系微波介质陶瓷及制备方法,包含摩尔比配比表达式为:Ba7Sm8Ti30O79‑aV2O5‑b0.5CuO‑0.5B2O3的原料,其中1%≤a≤2%,0.5%≤b≤1%。本发明的优点:配比及制备方法设计合理,采用0.5CuO‑0.5B2O3以及V2O5两种材料作为助烧剂,可有效降低烧结温度、增加陶瓷烧结的致密性、减少缺陷,并在一定程度上调节材料的谐振频率温度系数;Q×f值达到14457~30500GHz,谐振频率温度系数达到2.536~4.355ppm/℃。该陶瓷体系微波介电性能优异,原料无毒且价格低廉,制备工艺简单,具有广泛的应用前景。
