The silicon nitride conductive ceramic is prepared from, by mass, 65-90% of silicon nitride ceramic powder, 2-6% of magnesium oxide, 1-5% of yttrium oxide, 0.5-3% of titanium carbide, 5-10% of titanium nitride, 1-10% of high-purity carbon and 4-10% of high-purity boron oxide. According to the silicon nitride conductive ceramic, silicon nitride ceramic powder is used as a matrix raw material and compounded with other auxiliaries, the silicon nitride ceramic material with good conductivity is preparedthrough the steps of degreasing, degumming and sintering, and on the basis that the inherent excellent performance of the ceramic is kept, the material can be conveniently processed through a discharge method, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved. The preparation method is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the silicon nitride ceramic is endowed with excellent conductivity, and the application range of the silicon nitride ceramic is expanded, so that the preparation method has important significance.
