In hot summer, the flow of rainwater is controlled to be started through the temperature measuring switch device according to the temperature, then the rainwater is sprayed to the ground through the spraying device to cool the road surface to prevent accidents, power is transmitted to operation of the whole device through the power device, and the rainwater in the plum rain season coming earlier is collected according to the subtropical monsoon climate in the south; and then the water is sprayed to the ground for cooling in hot summer, so that convenience is brought to municipal personnel, and meanwhile, the concept of sustainable development is also met.
