The invention discloses a pavement cleaning and maintaining device which comprises a moving part having an accommodating platform, an air blowing part arranged on the accommodating platform and havingan air outlet unit, a humidifying part located on one side of the air blowing part and having a water outlet unit and a water storage unit, wherein the humidifying part is connected with the air outlet unit through the water outlet unit and used for humidifying air generated by the air blowing part. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to maintain, low in operation cost, free of extra electric energy consumption, environmentally friendly and capable of saving energy. Water vapor can be added into air blown out by a blower, so that the ground becomes wet, dustand the water vapor are combined together and cannot float in the air to form flying dust under the influence of gravity, and operation is more environmentally friendly.
