The invention discloses an air pipe surrounding well which comprises four fixing plates, connecting plates, a fixing mechanism, supporting mechanisms and splicing mechanisms. The air pipe surroundingwell has the beneficial effects that the size of the surrounding well can be effectively decreased by inwards folding the connecting plates, the whole surrounding well is convenient to transport, whenlarge-scale rescue and relief work is needed, the one-time transportation number of the surrounding well is increased, and thus the efficiency of the rescue and relief work is improved; the connecting plates are unfolded and directly fixed through the supporting mechanisms, so that the surrounding well is mounted more quickly, the time required for splicing by using splicing blocks is saved, andthe mounting efficiency of the surrounding well is improved; and the height of the surrounding well can be mounted according to different water level heights through the splicing mechanisms, the problems that due to the fact that the surrounding well is too high, resources are wasted, and operation is inconvenient are solved, meanwhile, the problem that due to the fact that the surrounding well istoo low, the flood fighting effect cannot be achieved is solved, and the use flexibility and practicability of the surrounding well are improved.
