A springback energy dissipation device suitable for debris flow treatment comprises a device body, and a steel pipe frame for supporting is arranged below the device body; an energy dissipation belt is arranged on the surface of the device body, and an elastic frame used for driving the energy dissipation belt to rebound up and down is arranged in a frame body of the steel pipe frame; and when thespringback energy dissipation device is used, the device body is arranged in a groove hole dug below the ground surface of a debris flow ramp, and when debris flow passes through the upper portion ofthe device body, the energy dissipation belt and the elastic frame can generate elastic deformation. The device is technically characterized in that the device body can well adapt to deformation of debris flow caused by gravity and consume energy of the debris flow, energy generated by the debris flow can be further absorbed by using the elastic frame, the debris flow rebounds after passing through the elastic frame and the energy dissipation belt, and the device body restores to the original shape; and meanwhile, springback energy dissipation devices can be arranged on the same debris flow ramp at intervals, and multi-stage energy dissipation treatment of debris flow is achieved.
