A stopping block is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the connecting shaft. When the water pressureof the water inlet side of the gate is too large, pressure relief can be automatically conducted, the situation that the water pressure on the left side cannot be discharged is prevented, meanwhile, the water flow on the left side is ensured to be enough to irrigate crops, irrigation water can be filtered out, some large impurities and waterweeds in the irrigation water are filtered out, and thenthe occupied area is reduced through compression.
