The invention discloses a multi-layer unbalanced supporting method suitable for staged excavation. The method comprises the steps that 1, firstly, an intercepting ditch is formed in the outer side ofthe top of a foundation pit on the flat ground; 2, a current-stage fender pile, a temporary stand column pile, a water stop jet grouting pile, a staged separation pile and a temporary steel pipe supporting column are constructed, and steel bars are fixed in a buttress beam on an early-stage main body structure top plate in an anchored mode; 3, slotting construction is carried out on a top beam ofthe foundation pit, pile head concrete is chiseled away, residues, floating soil and accumulated water are removed, and concrete is poured to the top beam and a primary support; 4, reserved soil massis excavated in a layered mode, and a waterproof layer and a bottom plate are constructed after the staged separation pile of the foundation pit is chiseled while being dug; 5, a concrete wale and a counter-force pier are poured, residual soil mass is excavated to the bottom of the foundation pit, and a waterproof layer and a residual bottom plate are constructed; 6, inclined struts, the counter-force pier and the supporting concrete wale are dismantled, then a residual side wall waterproof layer and a current-stage top plate are constructed, and the temporary steel pipe supporting column andthe primary support are dismantled; and 7, a current-stage main body structure top plate and a waterproof layer are constructed, backfilling and earthing are carried out, an internal structure is constructed, and the next process is entered.
