The adjustable keel hanging structure comprises a hanging device, a hanging piece and a keel, the hanging device comprises a threaded sleeve, a screw, an extension nut and a bolt, the threaded sleeve is fixedly installed on the top face of a building, the screw is connected to the threaded sleeve through threads, and the bolt is arranged on a top plate of the hanging piece in a penetrating manner; and the bolt is fixedly installed on the top plate through the locking nut, one end of the extensionnut is connected to the lower portion of the screw, the other end of the extension nut is connected with a rod body of the bolt, and the keel is hung below the hanging piece.
