Manufacturing method of environment-friendly aluminum veneer
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an environment-friendly aluminum veneer. The manufacturing method comprises the following processing procedures: step 1, preparing a metal plate; step2, carrying out reinforcing treatment; step 3, assembling to obtain a semi-finished aluminum veneer; and step 4, carrying out spraying treatment on the aluminum veneer, carrying out surface pre-treatment on a metal plate part, spraying a surface coating on the surface of the aluminum veneer subjected to the surface pre-treatment, drying and spraying a fluorocarbon series water-based coating; pre-heating at 70-78 DEG C for 15-20min and spraying varnish; and baking at 100-110 DEG C for 45-60 min, wherein the surface coating is prepared from the following raw materials: 3 to 5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, 50 to 60 parts of epoxy resin, 20 to 40 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 3 to 6 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder and 1 to 2 parts of a dispersant. The environment-friendlyaluminum veneer is reasonable in design and simple in manufacturing method, and has a flame-retarding effect; when the environment-friendly aluminum veneer is combusted, generated toxic gas is less and the structural strength is relatively high.
本发明公开了一种环保型铝单板的制作方法,包括以下加工工序:步骤1,钣金制备;步骤2,加固处理;步骤3,组装得到半成品铝单板;步骤4,铝单板喷涂处理,对钣金件进行表面预处理,在表面预处理过的铝单板的表面喷涂表面涂层,烘干后再喷涂氟碳系列水性涂料,70‑78℃预热15‑20分钟,再喷涂清漆,100‑110℃烘烤45‑60分钟;表面涂层的原料包括:紫外线吸收剂3‑5份,环氧树脂50‑60份,聚偏氟乙烯树脂20‑40,纳米二氧化硅粉末3‑6份、分散剂1‑2份。本发明设计合理,制作方法简单,具有阻燃的作用,且燃烧时产生的有毒气体少,且结构强度较高。
