The invention provides a mounting structure of a fabricated heat-insulation and sound-insulation veneer. The mounting structure comprises a connecting piece mounted on a wall base layer and a clampingpiece inserted into the connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece comprises a first connecting plate and an inserting plate, a mounting groove is formed in the inserting plate, and an elastic clamping piece is arranged on the mounting groove; and the clamping piece comprises a clamping block and second connecting plates, the clamping block adopts a hollow structure, a through hole is formedin one side of the clamping block, the elastic clamping piece is clamped in the through hole, the second connecting plates are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the clamping block respectively, and the veneer is connected onto the second connecting plates. The mounting structure can enable mounting of the fabricated heat-insulation and sound-insulation veneer to be simpler and faster, the requirement for construction accuracy can be reduced, and meanwhile, the connecting strength of the inside of the heat-insulation and sound-insulation veneer can be improved.
