The invention discloses a wall-painting ladder capable of automatically moving and lifting. The wall-painting ladder comprises a moving seat, a hydraulic supporting rod and two supporting seats, wherein a gear groove and a gear cavity are sequentially formed in the moving seat from left to right; a motor is fixedly connected in the left cavity surface of the gear groove; the motor is in power connection with a motor shaft; and the motor shaft rightwards penetrates through the moving seat between the gear groove and the gear cavity and partially extends into the gear cavity. The wall-painting ladder can be automatically clamped and fixed through a wall surface, and can also freely move front and back to adjust the height, so that deployment and operation adjustment are facilitated; a user can move to a proper operation position without getting off; and the width of the device can be changed through series combination of a lead screw and a key shaft to adapt to rooms with different sizes.
