The invention provides a supporting pad. The supporting pad comprises a heightening outer sleeve, a heightening inner sleeve and a first seat body, wherein the first seat body is arranged at one end of the heightening outer sleeve; a first inner hole is formed in the heightening outer sleeve; a first through hole corresponding to the first inner hole is formed in the first seat body; the first through hole is communicated with the first inner hole; and the heightening inner sleeve is arranged at one side, far away from the heightening outer sleeve, of the first seat body. According to the supporting pad provided by the invention, the heightening outer sleeve is arranged so that a supporting rod is heightened; meanwhile, the heightening inner sleeve and the first seat body are arranged so that the supporting pad and the supporting rod can be stably connected; and a sleeve design is adopted so that the assembling and disassembling efficiency can be greatly improved. Furthermore, the invention further provides a supporting device and a template structure.
