The invention relates to a quick-release side form inner supporting structure, and belongs to the field of building construction. The quick-release side form inner supporting structure comprises a first formwork and a second formwork which are oppositely arranged, wherein a supporting rod is arranged between the first formwork and the second formwork; a threaded part is arranged on the supportingrod in the length direction of the supporting rod, fixing rods are arranged at the two ends of the supporting rod, and the fixing rods are located on the outer sides of the first formwork and the second formwork; and matching pipes are arranged at the positions, where the fixing rods are located, of the first formwork and the second formwork, the fixing rods are arranged in the matching pipes in apenetrating mode, and fixing assemblies used for keeping the fixing rods fixed are arranged on the matching pipes. The quick-release side form inner supporting structure has the effect of reducing damage to concrete members when the supporting rod is taken out.
