The invention relates to a concrete vibrating device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a shell body, a vibrator body and a controller; the shell body is pre-buried in a structureformwork; the vibrator body can be inserted into and pulled out of the shell body; a guiding device is further connected to the vibrator body; the controller is arranged on the outer side of a structural component; and the controller is in wireless signal connection with the vibrator body. The device adopts a wireless control preset vibrator, so that the concrete pouring vibration strength particularly the vibration strength of weak positions such as the bottom and the sides is enhanced, of a vertical component is enhanced, and therefore the structural construction quality is powerfully guaranteed; and in addition, the vibrator body and the shell body are of a detachable structure, so after vibration is completed, the vibrator body can be drawn back, recycling is achieved, and the production cost is greatly saved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土振捣装置及其施工方法,该装置包括:壳体,所述壳体预埋于结构模板中;振捣器本体,所述振捣器本体可从所述壳体中插入和抽出,所述振捣器本体上还连接有一引导装置;以及控制器,所述控制器设置于结构构件外侧,所述控制器与所述振捣器本体无线信号连接。本发明采用无线控制的预设式振捣器,从而加强对竖向构件的混凝土浇筑振捣力度,尤其是对底部、边侧等薄弱位置增强振捣力度,进而对结构施工质量提供有力保障;另外振捣器本体与壳体采用可拆卸式结构,振捣完成后,可将振捣器本体抽回,实现回收再利用,大大节约了生产成本。
